1. Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the program content and have not submitted any graded assignment. Refund requests beyond this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the CELIT team.
2. Non-refundable conditions
The following are not eligible for refunds: cohort fees after the first mentor review has been delivered, programs marked "non-refundable" at checkout, certificate re-issuance fees, and any add-on services already rendered.
3. Duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same enrollment due to a payment retry or gateway error, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically within 5–7 working days. If it doesn't appear, contact support@celit.tech with your order ID.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails but money is debited from your account, the bank or UPI provider typically reverses the charge within 3–5 working days. CELIT does not retain failed-payment funds. Share your order ID and a bank reference number to expedite tracing.
5. Coupons and discounts
Refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid after coupons. Coupon-based discounts are not refundable as cash. Used coupon codes are not reissued post-refund.
6. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and typically reflect in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@celit.tech from the same email used at checkout, with your order ID and a brief reason. You'll receive an acknowledgement within one working day.
8. Disclaimer
Final refund approval is at the discretion of CELIT, subject to verification of program usage, payment records, and adherence to this policy. CELIT may decline refund requests that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
