Terms of Use

By creating a CELIT account or enrolling in any program, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Platform usage

CELIT provides an online platform for project-based internships, mentor reviews, and verifiable certificates. Access is granted to registered users on a personal, non-transferable basis.

2. Student account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person, one account.

3. Internship enrollment

Enrollment grants access to a specific cohort, learning material, mentor reviews, and a certificate upon meeting completion criteria. Cohort dates, mentors, and program details may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

4. Payment terms

All paid programs are charged in INR. Applicable GST is shown at checkout and on your invoice. Promotional coupons are subject to validity and program eligibility.

5. Acceptable use

Don't share account access, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass payments, harass mentors or peers, submit AI-generated work as your own without disclosure, or upload unlawful content. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

6. Content ownership

CELIT owns the platform, curriculum, brand, and provided materials. You retain ownership of original work you create as part of an internship, while granting CELIT a limited license to display it for evaluation, certification, and promotional purposes (with attribution and your consent for public showcasing).

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CELIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid CELIT in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where CELIT is registered.
